Do you use Tinder or other dating apps? Apparently it’s one of the reasons why you may be sad!
A study done at the University of Rhode Island, they evaluated 820 students who used dating apps.
They studied their Tinder use, mood, level of body satisfaction, self-esteem, body shame, eating habits and more.
After their use, they were surveyed on how they felt afterwards and the result found 17% of users were more likely to compare themselves to their peers, feel pressure about their appearance and have negative moods.
