The American Psychology Association released a study and found that Americans were experience the first statistically stress increase in the survey’s 10 year history!
-43 percent of Americans say they are checking their emails, texts, or social media accounts constantly.
And when you look at social media, you become more stressed because of the information overload and other factors that play into it such as wanting more or not looking good enough or not being part of the party and etc.
Researchers suggest you set guidelines for your social media time.
-Make sure you complete tasks you need to get done.
-Get the sleep you need
-Don’t lie in bed at all hours with the screen in your face!
