This past weekend, Nessa and the squad got to head to LA for this year’s MTV Movie Awards. Unlike previous years, MTV decided to takeover the entire Warner Brothers Studio Lot! But prior to the madness, we spent our day getting glammed up – and of course, there is never a dull moment with Ness.
Started the morning doing a quick fitting. Our girl, Tal Kohen, did an AMAZING job, and helped Ness choose a Cushnie et Ochs Midi Bodycon Dress and accessories from Roberto Coin and Lillian Shalom. To tie the whole look together, Ness through on her favorite Manolo Blahniks.
Our love, Lino, decided to give Ness an “Old Hollywood” Glam look, by giving her loose waves, pinning the sides, and dolling up her face with a subtle, sexy smokey eye paired with a bronzey face.
From there, we headed to the show, making our way through the Red Carpet. To my surprise, the Red Carpet wasn’t as insane as I thought – a little damp from the morning’s rain, but other than that, there was nothing but amazing vibes.
Ness ran into her MTV friends, including friends from The Real World 31, Teen Mom 2/OG, Faking It, and Awkward (what up, Molly, Jillian, and Brett!). We also got to chat with our fellow GIRLCODE member, Nicole Byer (who had an awesome vanity area on the carpet, btw). Finally escaping the carpet, we headed to the lot, where we were greeted with Popcorn, Movie Snacks, and a little bubbly, bubbly.
