Crunches are hard to do and especially for those with back pain. One of the best solutions to get a flat stomach is planking.
Not only does it work your core, it also helps with your shoulders, arms and legs.
When you position yourself to do it, suck in your stomach and flatten your back and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Momentarily contract/suck in your stomach and don’t forget to breathe in your nose and out your mouth.
